2 . Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made according to the specific terms provided at the time of booking. Cancellations made after the specified period may be subject to penalties or non-refundable charges.

• For package deals, flights, or tours, refund policies may vary depending on the supplier’s terms. We will assist in processing refunds but are not responsible for fees incurred due to changes or cancellations by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.

• Some bookings, such as flights and event tickets, may be non-refundable.

3 . Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect your trip, including cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

• Travel insurance is not included in our standard services but may be offered during the booking process.

4 . Passports, Visas & Documentation

• It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, visa (if required), and any other travel documents necessary for your trip. We recommend confirming entry requirements with the relevant authorities before traveling.

• We are not responsible for any issues or delays caused by missing, incorrect, or expired documentation.

5. Changes to Itinerary

• If you need to make changes to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, availability and additional costs may apply.

• Any changes to your itinerary after confirmation may incur penalties or additional fees, which you will be responsible for paying.

6 . Traveler Responsibilities

• You agree to comply with the travel rules, regulations, and policies of all airlines, hotels, and other service providers associated with your booking

• You must ensure that all members of your party have the necessary documentation and meet the eligibility requirements for travel.

• We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by weather, government actions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Liability Limitations

• Our liability for any services provided is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• We act solely as an intermediary between you and the service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) and do not assume responsibility for the services provided by them.

8. Privacy Policy

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of completing your booking and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to complete your transaction.

9. Special Requests

10. Force Majeure
